About the Role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Bullion Technology Solutions Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing eye-catching designs, managing our social media presence, and boosting engagement through innovative content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engaging content plans and strategies for social media pages
• Design compelling graphics, banners, and marketing materials using Figma, Photoshop, and Canva
• Track trends and create content (reels, videos, graphics, captions) that boost brand engagement and grow online communities
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute engaging content
• Publish approved content across social media platforms
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
• Monitor traffic, social media analytics, and campaign performance to suggest improvements

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree, HND, or OND in any relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in graphics design or social media management
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email campaigns)
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Photoshop, Figma, Buffer)
• Creative mindset with up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
• Proactive approach with strong ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must reside on the island with willingness to work onsite at least twice a week
