About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Aureole Consulting Limited as a Social Media Manager. This position is based in Egbeda, Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) to drive audience interaction
• Monitor social media trends, track performance analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement
• Analyze metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Experience with video and content creation
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and stay updated with digital trends

Compensation

N150,000 - N180,000 Monthly
