Social Media Manager at African Naturalistas

About the Role

African Naturalistas is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness through strategic digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, create, and post content across all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook)
• Create and manage monthly social media calendars
• Post engaging content daily across all social media platforms
• Write content marketing blog posts
• Create graphics, posters, video cut-outs, and other media assets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Manage daily interactions and communications with industry stakeholders on social media
• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of social media platforms using tools such as Facebook Insights
• Recommend improvements to increase performance based on analyzed metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum HND or Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in graphics design
• Strong people skills and friendly disposition

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, dynamics, and algorithms
• Ability to create simple and professional graphics using tools such as Canva
• Content marketing expertise
• Ability to optimize raw content with innovation to attract views
