Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create engaging and platform-appropriate content (text, image, video) aligned with the brand voice
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches
- Monitor user engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns
- Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset and a passion for storytelling
