Position Overview:
- We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s online presence.
- The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, understands platform algorithms, and can craft engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- You will be responsible for content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance analysis across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create engaging and platform-appropriate content (text, image, video) aligned with the brand voice.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor user engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns (optional, depending on role).
- Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 1 – 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, or similar scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
