We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a Social Media Lead to develop, implement, and manage our organization's social media strategy. In this role, you will enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive business growth while leading the social media team, coordinating content creation, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Run company online media advertising campaigns
• Formulate and collaborate on high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign
• Build and maintain a strong social media presence across all platforms
• Monitor the company's brand on social media
• Build brand awareness by engaging with relevant influencers
• Manage online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
• Respond to comments and inquiries on all social media accounts
• Oversee customer service provided via social media channels
• Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
• Design and implement social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on return on investment (ROI)
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree or Executive training in Marketing or relevant fields
• 5 years proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
• Experience developing social media strategies
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Extensive experience using digital media campaign management platforms
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
