About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Social Media Handler and Content Creator to join Woodgate Structure Limited. In this role, you will develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content across multiple formats, and manage daily interactions across platforms. You will be responsible for creating content calendars, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and manage a content calendar, planning and scheduling posts across various platforms
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities

Content Creation

• Create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, videos, infographics, and reels
• Adapt content to suit different platforms and audiences
• Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create visually appealing content

Community Management

• Manage social media accounts, including monitoring comments, messages, and inquiries
• Respond to followers and build a community around the brand

Performance Analysis

• Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvement
• Adjust strategies based on performance data

Brand Management

• Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual aesthetics across all channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and applications

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and proven experience in social media management and content creation
