An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating on-property photo/video content calendar
- Run small paid local campaigns to drive direct bookings and F&B covers.
- Owning DMs and review responses, curating guests' UGC (user-generated content)
- Coordinating with the front desk and kitchen for timely capture.
- Managing influencer/local partnership outreach.
Requirements:
- HND / B.Sc in any related field
- Strong mobile photography/video
- Instagram/Tiktok experience
- Community management skills and a hospitality mindset.
- Physical and social-driven bookings/reservation, F&B covers, engagement and review score improvements
- Experience in handling a managerial position or coordination is an added advantage especially in an hotel industry.
