About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Vastovers Group as a Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement effective social media strategies across all platforms
• Create and share engaging posts to connect with the target audience
• Manage online presence, including interactions, comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
• Increase brand awareness and drive sales through targeted campaigns
• Establish and oversee social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others)
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to expand reach
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, events, and brand identity
• Track and analyze social media metrics including engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and insights to inform future strategies
• Monitor and maintain online reputation by responding to feedback and addressing issues promptly
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about social media marketing
• Excellent writing, graphic design, and video creation skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms)
