Social Media / Digital Marketing Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Officer to join our team in Surulere. In this role, you will develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and generate leads that convert to sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online ads and campaigns to reach target audiences and generate quality leads with a strong conversion ratio
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
• Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI
• Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and TikTok to ensure steady engagement and sales
• Build and maintain an engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner across all social media platforms
• Develop and implement content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Create visually appealing graphics, short videos, and reels
• Analyze and report on digital marketing performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Good understanding of digital trends, community engagement, and brand storytelling
• Basic video editing experience
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns
• Living in or around Surulere
