## Title: Social Media & Community Manager

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Social Media & Community Manager at Club Concierge Africa, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Content Execution & Publishing

  • Schedule and publish daily content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube) in accordance with the content calendar
  • Ensure all posts are flawless, on-brand, and optimized for each platform's best practices including format, timing, and tagging

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Actively monitor and engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner
  • Proactively seek out relevant conversations and partnerships to increase brand visibility within luxury circles
  • Implement tactics to grow follower count and engagement rates organically

Strategy Application & Hashtag Research

  • Execute the established social media strategy and campaign plans with precision
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify and implement high-performing, relevant hashtags and content trends for the luxury audience
  • Support the development of content pillars and campaign ideas with on-the-ground platform insights

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, measure, and analyze key social media metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, and website clicks on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Compile clear, actionable social media performance reports to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand (experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands is a strong plus)
  • Proven track record of growing social media communities and improving engagement rates
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social)
