An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a key client-facing position within the SME banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing and prospective SME clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SME clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns
  • Conduct regular client visits and relationship reviews to assess financial needs and propose suitable banking solutions
  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new SME clients to grow the bank's SME portfolio
  • Proactively explore opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell financial products, including loans, trade finance, deposits, treasury products, and digital solutions
