Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing and prospective SME clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SME clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns
- Conduct regular client visits and relationship reviews to assess financial needs and propose suitable banking solutions
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new SME clients to grow the bank's SME portfolio
- Proactively explore opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell financial products, including loans, trade finance, deposits, treasury products, and digital solutions
