Site Supervisor at Balosh Integrated Services Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to oversee daily parking operations at our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, smooth traffic flow, and optimal revenue management while leading and supporting our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily parking operations to ensure efficiency and smooth traffic flow within the facility
• Ensure all parking equipment, including ticket dispensers, payment machines, and barriers, is functioning properly
• Conduct regular inspections of the parking area to ensure operational efficiency
• Monitor the facility's revenue collection processes, ensuring accuracy in ticketing and payment systems
• Assist in financial reconciliation, ensuring all daily revenue is properly accounted for and recorded
• Manage allocated float
• Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and effectively
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
• Onboard and train new employees

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of ND (National Diploma)
• 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a team and provide clear direction to staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Proximity to Ikeja, Bonny Camp, and surrounding areas

Compensation

Monthly salary: ₦80,000
