Site Supervisor

Job Profile - The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily construction activities on site. - Ensure projects are delivered in line with approved drawings and specifications. - Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers. - Monitor materials usage and prevent wastage. - Enforce site safety standards in collaboration with the Safety Officer. - Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. - Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly. - Maintain high-quality workmanship standards. Required Qualifications: - B.Sc./HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 5–8 years’ experience in construction site supervision. - Relevant professional certification or membership (e.g., COREN, NSE, NIOB) is an advantage. Core Competencies: - Strong understanding of construction processes and building techniques. - Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings. - Quality control and project monitoring expertise. - Workforce coordination and leadership skills. - Strong reporting and communication abilities. - Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
