## Title: Site Manager / Project Manager – EPC Substation Installation

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead and manage EPC substation installation projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee EPC substation installation projects from planning to completion
  • Conduct feasibility analysis, project planning, cost management, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate design, procurement, and execution activities
  • Hold and attend customer meetings while maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Ensure timely execution and completion of assigned projects
  • Monitor site progress continuously and ensure compliance with scheduled supply plans
  • Coordinate with customers on all project-related issues and provide timely feedback
  • Work closely with internal teams including design, procurement, finance, site teams, and project management
  • Follow up and coordinate with subcontractors for effective project execution
  • Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of all required materials
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and consultants for engineering activities, inspections, and project documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)
  • 6–9 years of hands-on experience in EPC projects, specifically Substation Installation
  • Industry exposure in EPC Industry and Substation Installation

Employment Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
  • Location: Lagos, Nigeria
  • Salary Range: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 monthly (based on experience and qualifications)
