Responsibilities

• Organize equipment and manpower necessary to complete projects
• Coordinate and supervise workers on construction sites
• Provide schedules for workers and assign tasks to construction laborers
• Liaise with contractors, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties remain coordinated
• Analyze drawings to ensure construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site
• Keep detailed records of construction site activities

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in construction and site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts
• Must be residing in Lagos, Nigeria

Required Skills

• Excellent project coordination, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities
• Good reporting skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering/project management tools
• Professional certification or membership (COREN, PMI, or similar)
