Site Engineer at Efficacy Construction Company

About the Role

Efficacy Construction Company is seeking a qualified Site Engineer to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and site operations
• Develop and provide work schedules for site personnel
• Supervise contractor work and assign tasks to construction workers
• Liaise with contractors, managers, and stakeholders to ensure coordination across all parties
• Organize equipment and manpower necessary to complete projects
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site
• Keep detailed records of construction site activities
• Undertake technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations
• Resolve design and development problems

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
• 3 years of work experience in Civil Engineering or Construction
• Excellent knowledge of structural design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Orion, or similar programs
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Residency within the Ibeju-Lekki axis
