About the Role

La Roche Nigeria Limited is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a Showroom Sales Associate to join us in Lagos. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain the showroom's appearance, and ensure customers have a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers promptly and professionally
• Provide product information, demonstrations, and guidance to customers
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times
• Arrange and display products to attract customer attention
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the storekeeper for replenishment
• Process sales, issue receipts, and maintain sales records
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery or pickup
• Report customer feedback and operational issues to the supervisor

Required Qualifications

• HND/BSc. in Marketing or a related field
• 3 years of experience in retail marketing, sales, or customer engagement

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to communicate at all levels with excellent capacity for persuasion and negotiation
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications
• Professional appearance and polite demeanor
