Showroom Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure an excellent customer experience - Lead, train, and supervise showroom sales staff to achieve targets - Manage product display, inventory, and visual merchandising standards - Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries or escalations - Track sales performance and prepare basic reports for management Experience: Requirements - Minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in retail sales or showroom management - Proven experience leading a sales team and meeting revenue targets - Strong background in customer service and face-to-face sales - Experience managing inventory and merchandising standards - Exposure to high-value products or premium retail environments is an advantage
