Shoe Care Specialist at FMR AGENCY

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Shoe Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and restoring customer sneakers and footwear to our company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, and restore customer sneakers and footwear to company standards
• Carry out quality checks before and after cleaning
• Handle all customer footwear with care and professionalism
• Assist with packaging finished pairs for delivery or pick-up

Requirements

• SSCE / WAEC or equivalent (higher qualifications welcome but not mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience in cleaning, crafts, or related work (advantageous)
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use cleaning tools effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for standing and repetitive tasks
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Lekki
• Basic spoken and written English
