## Title: Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights Officer

Location: Bodija, Ibadan, Nigeria

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: N200,000 – N320,000

Lead the design and execution of programmes and activities on the SRHR desk, as agreed upon by the management team
Ensure SRHR projects and programmes follow the established work plan, timeline, content, and expected results
Support field data collection, study, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project activities
Support resource mobilisation through proposal writing, concept note designs, and other organisational fundraising activities
Develop technical and programmatic reports, policy briefs, fact sheets, concept notes, proposals, and other contributions for publication or submission
Support knowledge management and capacity building initiatives

First degree, preferably in health or social sciences (Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage)
Minimum of two years of relevant work experience providing programme support and implementation on sexual and reproductive health-related programmes with a non-governmental organisation or social enterprise
Demonstrable technical understanding of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights issues at the national, regional, and international level

Professional writing and verbal communication skills for reports, letters, concept notes, and proposal writing, coupled with session delivery
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google products
Strong attention to detail with ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the team
Fluency in Yoruba language (essential for this role due to the local context of assignments)
