## Title: Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights Officer
Position Overview

Location & Work Schedule
Location: Bodija, Ibadan, Nigeria
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: N200,000 – N320,000
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of programmes and activities on the SRHR desk, as agreed upon by the management team
- Ensure SRHR projects and programmes follow the established work plan, timeline, content, and expected results
- Support field data collection, study, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project activities
- Support resource mobilisation through proposal writing, concept note designs, and other organisational fundraising activities
- Develop technical and programmatic reports, policy briefs, fact sheets, concept notes, proposals, and other contributions for publication or submission
- Support knowledge management and capacity building initiatives
Required Qualifications
- First degree, preferably in health or social sciences (Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage)
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience providing programme support and implementation on sexual and reproductive health-related programmes with a non-governmental organisation or social enterprise
- Demonstrable technical understanding of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights issues at the national, regional, and international level
Required Skills & Competencies
- Professional writing and verbal communication skills for reports, letters, concept notes, and proposal writing, coupled with session delivery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google products
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the team
- Fluency in Yoruba language (essential for this role due to the local context of assignments)
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel within and outside Ibadan at short notice
- Female candidate, not more than 30 years of age
