## Title: Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights Officer
Position Overview
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within Resource Intermediaries Limited, based in Bodija, Ibadan.
Location & Work Schedule
Location: Bodija, Ibadan, Nigeria
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: ₦200,000 - ₦320,000
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of programmes and activities on the Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR) desk, as agreed upon by the management team
- Ensure SRHR projects and programmes follow established work plans, timelines, content specifications, and expected results
- Support field data collection, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project activities
- Contribute to resource mobilisation through proposal writing, concept note development, and organisational fundraising activities
- Develop technical and programmatic reports, policy briefs, fact sheets, concept notes, proposals, and other materials for publication or submission
- Support knowledge management and capacity building initiatives
Required Qualifications
- First degree, preferably in health or social sciences (Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage)
- Minimum of two years relevant work experience providing programme support and implementation on sexual and reproductive health-related initiatives with a non-governmental organisation or social enterprise
- Demonstrable technical understanding of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights issues at national, regional, and international levels
- Fluency in the Yoruba language (required for local context of assignments)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Professional writing and verbal communication skills for reports, letters, concept notes, proposals, and session delivery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google products
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
- Willingness to travel within and outside Ibadan at short notice
