Service Implant (Logistics Operations)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused professional to be stationed at client locations as a Service Implant. You will coordinate logistics operations, ensure service excellence, and act as the company's on-site representative. In this role, you will support day-to-day shipment processing while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site representative of the company at the client's location
• Coordinate daily pickup, delivery, and shipment processing activities
• Receive, validate, and process shipment requests from the client
• Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and handover of shipments
• Liaise with operations, network, and customer service teams to resolve issues
• Monitor service level performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs
• Escalate operational challenges promptly and follow through to resolution
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards at all times
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports

• SLA compliance rate
• Accuracy of shipment documentation and data entry

• Attendance and reliability at client site

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE/ND in any discipline
• 1–3 years' experience in logistics, courier operations, or customer service
• Good understanding of logistics processes and shipment handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, logistics systems)
