We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. - As a Service Engineer at SANY NIGERIA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive after-sales support to our customers. We are specifically seeking a qualified Nigerian professional who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. This unique role involves installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support, while acting as a vital linguistic and technical bridge between our Chinese engineering teams and our local Nigerian clients and technicians. Key Responsibilities: - Installation and Commissioning: Assemble, install, and commission various SANY products according to specifications and industry standards. Conduct thorough testing to ensure equipment functionality and safety. - Bilingual Technical Liaison: Translate technical diagnostics and instructions between Chinese expatriate engineers and local teams to ensure precision in repairs. - Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools. - Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Offer guidance on product usage and maintenance. - Field Service: Respond to service calls and conduct on-site inspections. Collaborate with customers to schedule and coordinate service visits across various regions in Nigeria. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate service records and generate comprehensive reports (in English and Chinese where required) on equipment performance and service history. Required Qualifications: - Nationality: Nigerian. - Language: Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is mandatory. Ability to translate technical engineering terms is essential. - Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. - Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in field service and equipment maintenance. - Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Mobility: Willingness to travel to various sites and work flexible hours.
