Service Delivery Specialist at eStream Networks

About the Role

We are seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing all field deployment activities and resources related to Complete Service Delivery for Enterprise Solutions. This role ensures that service delivery meets the highest standards in accordance with eStream guidelines while maintaining cost efficiency.

Job Purpose

To oversee all field deployment activities and resources for Enterprise Solutions service delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met to the highest standard while optimizing costs and managing delivery operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Insight and Integration

• Plan and coordinate all field activities conducted by engineers related to service delivery for Enterprise Solutions
• Manage resource planning and coordination for outsourced installations and service delivery
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all delivered services and scoping sessions for submission to the SMC team
• Provide insights on capacity planning including POP Base Radio, Backhaul Radio, and Bandwidth at each POP
• Develop understanding of solution design and customer requirements

Technical Analysis and Problem Solving

• Coordinate site surveys and path surveys, and prepare engineering reports
• Provide installation materials for engineers by completing requisition forms based on service solution designs
• Support DCN designs and develop HLD/LLD designs for microwave links
• Ensure project execution remains on schedule and within budget
• Plan and coordinate installation activities for all OEM products according to standard procedures and agreed timescales
• Ensure Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) are fully executed
• Supervise subcontractors during installation and testing of microwave links
• Coordinate quality checks on all installations to ensure compliance with eStream best practice procedures
• Ensure all activities adhere strictly to safety and health procedures
• Conduct periodic site visits for quality assurance verification
