## Title: Service Delivery Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Service Delivery Coordinator to provide essential support to our field sales team. The successful candidate will become a key point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, managing schedules, providing feedback, documentation, and information. Your goal will be to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and support the solid, long-lasting development of the company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
Requirements
- B.Sc or BA Degree in Business Administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing is an asset
- Proven working experience as a project administrator or in administrative positions
- Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong internal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with strong problem-solving aptitude
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
