Service Delivery Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Service Delivery Supervisor to provide essential support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers, managing schedules, providing feedback, documentation, and critical information. Your goal will be to facilitate team activities and maximize performance while supporting the company's solid and long-lasting development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Service Delivery Team by managing schedules, monitoring activities, and maintaining organized documentation
• Communicate relevant information to team members and stakeholders
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials
• Handle, manage, and respond to complaints from the sales team, providing timely solutions to avoid delays
• Store, sort, and manage financial and non-financial data in electronic form
• Prepare and present regular reports and analysis
• Prepare, complete, and submit daily Service Delivery Sheets
• Monitor account status to prevent disconnections where applicable
• Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Identify and communicate unforeseen delays or problems to sales personnel and clients
• Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analysis of service delivery performance

Required Qualifications

• BSc or HND in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
• Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in IT systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong educational background in computer science or engineering
• Experience in technical project management
