## Title: Service Delivery and Business Development Manager

Role Overview

Join our team as a Service Delivery and Business Development Manager, responsible for managing high-quality service delivery to clients while driving business growth through new client acquisition and development of existing accounts. This role combines operational leadership with strategic business development initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and expanding the company's market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Lead and mentor the service delivery team, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new customers and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new market opportunities, coordinate proposals, and participate in contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, marketing) to ensure seamless service execution and client onboarding
  • Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize service efficiency and profitability
  • Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in service delivery, business development, or account management roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management and CRM software
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
