About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Service Apartment Manager to oversee all aspects of property management and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertise and show vacant properties to prospective tenants
• Execute marketing activities
• Process applications and negotiate leases and rental rates
• Establish and enforce property rules
• Ensure buildings and facilities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Establish maintenance and staff schedules
• Hire, train, and monitor staff
• Collect and adjust rent and security deposits, and maintain tenant account records
• Investigate complaints and resolve conflicts
• Plan and oversee renovations, maintenance, repairs, and services
• Handle clerical and administrative tasks and file taxes
• Manage all equipment including generators and room facilities

Required Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc in a relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in apartment or hotel management
• Strong knowledge of relevant operational software
• Preference for candidates residing in Ogba or nearby vicinities
