Job Summary - We are hiring a SEO/SEM Specialist to manage and optimize our organic and paid search performance who will be responsible for increasing website visibility and driving qualified traffic. Responsibilities - Optimize website content, meta data Innovate and site structure. - Track KPI’s and prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with web developers to improve site speed, mobile friendliness and site architecture. - Run experiments on ad versions and landing pages to determine which strategies yield the most conversions. - Use tools like Google search console to track ranking and identify technical errors. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer science or a relating field. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Website structure. - Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist with 3 to 5 years’ experience. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and good communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. - Experience knowledge of Google ads, keyword tools and analytics platforms.
