About the Role

As our SEO Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that boost organic growth for WildFire and our clients. You'll collaborate with our content, design, and development teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for search and deliver sustainable traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for WildFire and client projects
• Identify high-value keywords and optimize content around them through comprehensive keyword research
• Optimize website structures, metadata, internal linking, and content for maximum visibility
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexability
• Work with writers to ensure blog posts, landing pages, and marketing content are SEO-friendly
• Implement ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority
• Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Prepare regular reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements

• Lagos corps members with 2+ years of experience in SEO
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research methods
• Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms (preferred)
• Comfort with hybrid work setup
