About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Helean Global Limited in Lagos, Nigeria as a Senior Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
• Ensure adherence to all warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements
• Manage stock control and reconciliation processes
• Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of all warehouse activities
• Provide effective leadership and supervision to warehouse operations staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established standards and procedures
• Manage day-to-day communication on operational issues for warehousing and distribution with client representatives
• Maintain and record stock reports in Tally and ERP systems

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices (FMCG operations experience is a plus)
• Experience in Stock Control and Inventory Control
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Inventory Management
