Senior Video Editor at Del-York Group

About the Role

Del-York Group is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a Senior Video Editor for a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will manage video editing projects and oversee the entire video production process from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage to professional standards
• Conduct video color grading to enhance visual aesthetics
• Create motion graphics and visual effects
• Ensure highest-quality output across all projects
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to maintain brand consistency
• Support impactful storytelling through technical expertise
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Extensive experience in video production and video editing
• Expert-level proficiency in video color grading
• Strong skills in motion graphics creation
• Proficiency in graphics design to support video projects
• Advanced knowledge of video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
• Ability to work collaboratively within creative teams
• Strong deadline management skills

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory video editing role
