Senior Supply Chain Executive

About the Role

Structured Resource Business Limited is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Executive to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will ensure the procurement of the right items from appropriate international sources at competitive prices, delivered with the correct quality, quantity, and timeliness to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Supply Chain
• Implement Supply Chain processes to meet company objectives
• Work within established Supply Chain procedures for requisition, processing, validation, delivery, and invoicing
• Coordinate all Supply Chain activities effectively
• Drive Line Pipes and OCTG sourcing and management initiatives
• Build and maintain an effective database for tracking OEMs, Pipes, OEM-accredited distributors, stockists, and equipment suppliers
• Provide guidance and support on major tenders and service contracts
• Maintain effective and cooperative relationships with relevant government regulatory agencies
• Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies to improve company competitiveness
• Establish and manage a database of approved, efficient customs clearing agents
• Establish and manage a database of approved, efficient trucking companies
• Oversee timely clearing of goods at Nigerian Ports
• Ensure goods are delivered on time within agreed pricing and fit for customer requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Achieve agreed RFQ conversion to Purchase Orders
• Process Purchase Orders to agreed scope
• Oversee procurement market research
• Drive continuous Supply Chain improvement initiatives
• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and partners
• Manage and train Supply Chain Department staff to close identified process gaps
• Maintain comprehensive filing systems with high confidentiality standards

Compensation

Salary: N300,000 - N350,000 (NET)
