## Title: Senior Social Media Manager

About the Role

KloudOpp Limited is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience in managing, growing, and monetizing social media presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and strategic, with hands-on experience running sponsored campaigns, performing audience targeting, analyzing metrics, and reporting ROI.

This role involves full ownership of social media channels, from content creation to advanced analytics, while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to grow engagement, reach, and brand visibility
  • Plan and schedule content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Execute sponsored and paid campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality, engaging, and branded content

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (impressions, CTR, engagement, conversions)
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboard reports for management
  • Provide actionable insights to improve content, targeting, and campaign ROI

Community Management

  • Monitor social media platforms for audience interactions, comments, and messages
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and escalate critical issues when necessary
  • Foster brand loyalty and community growth

Advertising & Paid Media

  • Manage social media advertising budgets across all platforms
  • Optimize ad campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Track and report on paid campaign ROI

Content & Brand Alignment

  • Collaborate on content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all content meets brand voice, tone, and guidelines
