## Title: Senior Sales Manager – Port Harcourt

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented sales leader to join a leading multinational brand in the electronics retail industry. This position offers the chance to own and lead branch-level operations, directly impact sales growth, and drive customer experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of a retail branch, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive retail, B2B, and channel distribution sales across your assigned region
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a dynamic team to achieve peak performance
  • Execute branch-level promotions, activations, and product launches in alignment with headquarters strategies
  • Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and corporate partners
  • Maintain operational excellence with focus on inventory management, KPIs, and store profitability

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Electronics Retail, B2B Sales, or Channel Distribution (Consumer Electronics/Home Appliances preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required; BBA or MBA is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and prior ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Proven track record in branch management, sales conversion, and customer engagement
  • Open to travel for business and branch activities
