## Title: Senior Sales Executive – B2B

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Executive (B2B) located in Abuja. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic B2B sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving consistent revenue growth across assigned sectors and territories
  • Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to build a strong and sustainable client pipeline
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships for repeat business
  • Manage the entire sales process — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, and account management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and post-sale support for business clients
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate value proposition and ROI
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, CRM records, and performance reports for management review
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and expand the business network

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • 4–7 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, credit, insurance, or asset leasing sectors
  • Experience selling to and existing relationships with key business buyers, including CFOs, Heads of Procurement, HR and IT Leads
  • Solid understanding of financial products and risk-based sales, such as leasing, insurance, or device financing
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
  • Proficiency with Excel, CRM tools, pipeline management, and data-driven reporting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive results independently
