## Title: Senior Sales Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding team at Smartflow Technologies Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and build strategic partnerships in the oil and gas sector across Eastern Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve sales volume and revenue targets as defined in the business plan
- Generate and close leads by identifying potential clients, engaging prospects, presenting solutions, and finalizing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty
- Track key sales metrics, analyze performance, and prepare timely and accurate reports for management
- Create and send proposals, quotes, and other sales documentation to clients
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in the CRM system
- Provide prompt reporting of activities to supervisor
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, product availability, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to enhance brand visibility, network, and generate leads
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure strategic marketing awareness and regional initiatives
- Work with other departments to ensure seamless communication, align sales strategies with business objectives, and support customer needs
- Meet with stakeholders in the oil and gas sector
- Coordinate with the OHS coordinator to investigate all reported incidents, near-misses, and accidents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND in any field
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the oil and gas sector
- Existing customer base in the relevant industry (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of the Eastern Nigeria region
- Must reside in Port Harcourt
- Willing to travel around Eastern Nigeria (approximately 40% of the time)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
