About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join the Research Team at Seven Star Consultants Limited. As a Senior Research Executive, you will elicit professional skills in leading and implementing research team activities, working both independently and collaboratively to fulfill organizational goals and initiatives related to research, project management, knowledge management, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage research projects that aim to provide evidence-based solutions for various humanitarian and development challenges across multi-sectors including WASH, health, protection, food security, nutrition, early recovery, livelihood, agriculture, education, and governance
• Participate in the design and implementation of humanitarian and development projects
• Lead the development of research proposals, budgets, work plans, and deliverables for various development projects
• Manage the execution of research activities, including data collection, analysis, synthesis, and reporting using appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods and tools
• Oversee the design, implementation, analysis, and dissemination of research deliverables, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, relevance, and impact
• Mentor and supervise junior researchers
• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm and other activities related to daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Capacity to lead and manage multiple research projects simultaneously
• Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Strong project management and budgeting skills
• Experience in mentoring and supervising research teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
