Clinix Healthcare is a reputable organization dedicated to delivering high-quality imaging services and exceptional patient care. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Radiographer to join our diagnostic imaging team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a professional passionate about producing accurate diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety, and supporting clinical decision-making through advanced radiographic techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, fluoroscopy, and other modalities as required
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety, and image quality
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, position them correctly, and provide care to minimize discomfort and radiation exposure
• Ensure adherence to radiation protection principles (ALARA), ionizing radiation regulations, and all safety protocols
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images and assist radiologists in image interpretation when needed
• Supervise and mentor junior radiographers, students, and support staff, providing training and guidance
• Participate in quality assurance, equipment troubleshooting, and inventory management of imaging supplies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians and radiologists, to support accurate diagnosis and patient management
• Maintain accurate records, comply with regulatory standards, ensure patient confidentiality, and uphold laboratory safety practices

Requirements & Skills

• Experienced Senior Radiographer with strong technical expertise in diagnostic imaging and sound professional judgment
• Excellent knowledge of radiographic techniques, anatomy, pathology, and radiation safety principles
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to produce high-quality images under time constraints
