Role Overview

This role provides advanced technical expertise in well performance optimization, production system design, and field development support to maximize hydrocarbon recovery. As a key member of multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the design and execution of production strategies while applying industry best practices and new technologies to deliver sustainable value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose production challenges and recommend solutions
• Design and implement artificial lift, stimulation, sand control, and well integrity solutions
• Ensure safe and efficient operations across production systems
• Mentor junior staff and support team development
• Support field development initiatives and production strategy execution
• Apply new technologies to optimize hydrocarbon recovery

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas production
• At least 5 years in a senior or supervisory role

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related technical field
• Professional certifications (e.g., SPE, IPEN)
