Senior Product Manager at Viisaus Technology Ltd

Job Summary

Viisaus Technology Ltd is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for public and private sector clients. In this role, you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, product visioning, agile team leadership, and aligning delivery with strategic business goals across multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from discovery through MVP launch to iterative scale-up, ensuring measurable impact across government or enterprise services
• Bridge client vision with technical execution, translating strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps, user stories, and KPIs
• Facilitate co-creation and agile ceremonies while ensuring consistent stakeholder alignment and team velocity
• Support adoption of product thinking within client organisations through workshops, demos, and product governance structures
• Produce executive-ready updates including OKRs, burndown reports, benefits tracking, and change impact analyses
• Ensure products meet business value and user needs while maintaining compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and other relevant global protection standards
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of product releases
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team-wide product practice maturity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of professional work experience, ideally in consulting, GovTech, civic-tech, or digital transformation environments
• At least 2 years in a product leadership role
• Demonstrated experience delivering MVPs, iterative releases, and scaling products
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments

Desirable Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA
• Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management
