Senior Product Manager

About This Role

Viisaus Technology Ltd is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for public and private sector clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle management and delivery of digital transformation initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders and develop product vision
• Lead agile teams across multi-disciplinary functions
• Align delivery with strategic business goals
• Conduct market research and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Communicate product strategy and ideas to technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting, GovTech, civic-tech, or digital transformation environments
• At least 2 years in a product leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in product lifecycle management, product development processes, and agile methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking skills with proficiency in market research and data analysis
• Knowledge of technology trends, software tools, and systems relevant to product management
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly to varied audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
• Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management
• Background in data-driven organizations or sectors
