Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a world-class Senior Principal Technical Product Manager (TPM) with verifiable experience delivering complex, enterprise-grade software systems across FinTech, Insurance, Banking, EdTech, HealthTech, and core technology platforms.
This is not a standard PM role — this is for a heavily technical, hands-on strategist capable of bridging engineering, operations, and technical strategy, owning product delivery from ideation through production, and aligning initiatives with cloud-native microservices, distributed systems, and high-security platforms.
Candidates must meet US Technical Product Management standards, hold advanced technical certifications, and provide verifiable proof of impact in high-stakes technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Technical Product Strategy
- Define and execute technical product vision and roadmaps for complex, enterprise-grade systems
- Lead architecture-informed requirements gathering, ensuring all initiatives align with business goals, regulatory frameworks, and technical feasibility
- Evaluate and prioritize technical trade-offs, integration strategies, and system scalability requirements
- Drive end-to-end delivery of cloud-native microservices, distributed systems, and secure enterprise platforms
Enterprise Technical Leadership
- Serve as primary technical liaison across engineering, DevOps, QA, security, and data teams
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into technically precise deliverables
- Lead design discussions, system architecture validation, and technical feasibility assessments
- Mentor junior TPMs and engineers, ensuring alignment with best practices in technical product management
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure solutions meet PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC2, and other regulatory standards
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce enterprise security and compliance requirements
