## Title: Senior Principal Java Engineer

About the Role

KloudOpp Limited is seeking an exceptional Senior Principal Java Engineer with deep mastery across modern and legacy Java ecosystems — including Java SE 6 through Java 23, Jakarta EE, Spring Framework 3 through Spring Boot 3.x, Micronaut, Quarkus, and large-scale JVM systems.

This role is for an engineering leader capable of architecting and building cloud-native microservices, secure enterprise applications, modern monoliths, and highly complex business logic-driven systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, advanced in system design, and strong in leading architecture decisions.

You will have delivered solutions across FinTech, HealthTech, Blockchain, and Logistics industries and be comfortable working on live production platforms. The engineer must also be able to teach, mentor, and demonstrate concepts live.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Engineering

Architect and build enterprise-grade microservices using Java 11–23, Spring Boot, Micronaut, or Quarkus
Design modern, secure monolithic applications where domain cohesion is required
Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and CQRS patterns
Lead high-level technical decision-making and system design sessions

Cloud, Infrastructure & DevOps

Build, deploy, and manage Java platforms on AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Design CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes
Manage observability and implement cloud security best practices, encryption, and compliance standards

Java & JVM Engineering

Demonstrate mastery of Java core concepts including concurrency, multithreading, and memory management
Apply JVM tuning, reactive programming, and functional programming patterns
Work proficiently with Streams, Lambdas, Collections, and Generics
