Senior Operations Manager - Travel Services

Position Overview

Skache Integrated Services Limited is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across the travel agency's operations. In this role, you will ensure high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strong client satisfaction. You will oversee multiple teams and functions, translating business objectives into scalable operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end travel and corporate travel operations
• Drive service excellence across ticketing, reservations, corporate accounts, and after-sales support
• Lead, mentor, and performance-manage operations teams and supervisors
• Oversee and optimise the use of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Develop and implement operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, airline policies, and internal controls
• Manage key corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders at a senior level
• Identify risks, improve processes, and drive continuous operational improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in travel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role
• Strong expertise in corporate travel operations and GDS systems
• Proven experience leading multi-functional teams and managing complex operations
• Strong commercial, analytical, and decision-making skills
