About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Officer – Research & Development to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in conducting research, generating insights, and supporting the design and implementation of innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in relevant industries
• Support the development, testing, and implementation of new processes, services, and solutions
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate research findings into actionable business strategies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and propose improvements
• Maintain a database of research findings and industry knowledge to support continuous innovation
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices relevant to research and development

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Research & Development, Market Research, or related fields
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
• Proficiency in research tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
