Senior Marketing Manager

Role Description - We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos Island. - This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, Field marketing and analyzing market trends to ensure the company remains competitive. - The candidate will manage a team of marketing professionals, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop brand initiatives to drive customer engagement and business growth. Responsibilities also include monitoring the effectiveness of marketing efforts, budgeting, and reporting on performance metrics. Required Qualifications: - Marketing Strategy, Market Analysis, Brand Management, and Campaign Development skills - Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Email Marketing and field marketing - Strong leadership skills with experience in Team Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration - Budgeting, KPI Tracking, and analytical skills to assess and optimize marketing efforts - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proven experience in marketing leadership within the logistics or shipping industry is an advantage - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
