Job Summary

The GPS Control Room Manager is responsible for overseeing 24/7 GPS monitoring operations, ensuring real-time tracking, incident response, data accuracy, and compliance with company security and transport requirements. The role ensures that all vehicles are monitored effectively, alerts are acted upon promptly, and reports are delivered to management as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily GPS control room operations, ensuring continuous 24/7 monitoring
• Lead and manage GPS monitoring officers/operators across all shifts
• Investigate and document all GPS-related incidents or alerts
• Ensure the GPS tracking platform is functional and regularly updated
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly GPS tracking reports covering vehicle movement, violations, alerts, and fuel monitoring

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Transport Management, Security Studies, IT, Logistics, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in fleet monitoring, GPS systems, operations, or control-room supervision
• Experience managing teams in a 24/7 environment is an advantage

Additional Requirements

Qualified candidates must be willing to travel to all AIG units to supervise GPS teams, conduct training, and perform audits (approximately 25% travel).
