• Minimum of forty-five (45) admissible publications

• Minimum of three (3) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
• Minimum of three (3) points in Community Service
• Current membership in professional body/bodies with minimum of nine (9) publications
• Visibility on Google Scholar or ResearchGate with minimum citation count of 10
